European and American scientists have discovered a way to send information back in time. In fact, they have perfected their technologies through almost an unlimited source of research and development funds coming from two great sources; the military's black projects fund and Wall Street. What they've done is worked with an investment banking firm which has hired out some of the "quants" (personal friends of the scientists) working in the high-speed trading rooms in Manhattan buildings which sit on top of Internet hubs, and they place their trades just prior to major news events which end up shaking the markets, having future knowledge of such events guarantees an endless stream of cash.
