Within the Caribbean waters outside of Havana, in a depth of perhaps eighty fathoms, Solomon Parra Tapia was fishing off his new 1987, small twenty-five foot yacht, with his wife, Rosalina Nayelis, he was on deck near the bow (front), she was below towards the stern (back), he did a literary version of the event in Hemingway's book: "The Old Man and the Sea," meaning, he was in his sixties, she in her fifties, and he was well off as a restaurant owner (although the opposite of Hemingway's Santiago)...

In fact, they have perfected their technologies through almost an unlimited source of research and development funds coming from two great sources; the military's black projects fund and Wall Street. What they've done is worked with an investment banking firm which has hired out some of the "quants" (personal friends of the scientists) working in the high-speed trading rooms in Manhattan buildings which sit on top of Internet hubs, and they place their trades just prior to major news events which end up shaking the markets, having future knowledge of such events guarantees an endless stream of cash.
