Chippendales in New York back in 1990 was entirely different then it is now. Back in the day the dancers looked different and the shows were definitely performed in a more show like production. The male revue New York City scene has morphed into a full free for all direction. Being with Chippendales in New York in the early 1990s was the closest point to being a rock star.

Adult entertainment in Detroit is suffering and a new model for the industry is required. The current model consists of women dancing on stage and then chatting up the guys in the audience. Typically, the guys buy the dancers a drink or two, have a meal, engage in a little conversation and leave.

The Flamenco Dance in Spain

While a lot less study has been done about the flamenco dance than the flamenco music, it has been recorded that in the city of Cadiz in Spain, at some point in the Phoenician empire, Hindu dancers were employed as entertainers for the fiestas, features of which were included in religious celebrations and local processions. This extremely strong similarity to East Indian dance is observed in the Bharatanatyam, Katak, Kathakal and NianiPuri styles.
