Critics of the Grammy Awards bring attention to the notion that many musical legends were never awarded with Grammys, including Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin - as well as to the idea that sometimes artists are nominated in categories that do not actually suit the style of their music, and that awards do not always award what they say they do. For instance, while Best New Artist is described as a category to honor an artist or band who released a first album during the year's eligibility period that is commemorative of his/her/its public identity, many past nominees have actually released several albums prior to their nominations in that category.

Celebrities indeed have the power to influence the public's general opinion. From the latest fashion styles to the most up-to-date gadgets to the latest punchlines, people try to emulate what they see from their admired personalities. The downside of it is that, whenever a famous personality is associated with a negative publicity or involved in a controversy, the media does not fail to publicize them, sometimes making them more admired with the grace that they show. Although some individuals have their own share of criticisms, they can readily shrug it off as if nothing happened.

He seems to have a natural knack for getting into controversies and whatever he touches intentionally or not turns into a controversy all the time. Sean Penn may be famous controversial figure, but the press also likes him for his acting abilities and keep talking about his films at all times.

A seemingly innocent question that once confounded an array of people, resulting in much controversy and dispute, yet now in contemporary times, this question is considered by the vast majority to be ludicrous and nonsensical; no more then mere ineffable trash, with evidence being non-existent, however this has never been the case. Evidence supporting the existence of vampires has always existed in our society, since the spawning of these creatures. They have simply been well-hidden from the public as have many things.
