African jewelry is a unique and beautiful form of African art. Jewelry from the continent of Africa is more than just beautiful. Each item is worn for a particular purpose, ranging from aesthetics to identifying rank to showing affiliation with certain cultures or groups.

When I began doing mosaic art I utilized pieces of glass that are already cut. I believed that this was the way to do it. I couldn't cut glass, or could I?
